Frequently asked questions

What areas do you cover?

We serve Bryan, College Station, and the surrounding Brazos Valley including Navasota, Hearne, Caldwell, Franklin, and more. Farther locations are welcome — just ask and we'll quote the travel fee.

How much does a mobile notary cost?

You pay the state-regulated fee per notarial act plus a flat travel fee based on your location. We always confirm the complete price before your appointment, so there are never surprises.

What ID do I need?

A valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID such as a driver's license, state ID card, U.S. passport, or military ID. The name on your ID should match the document being notarized.

Should I sign the document beforehand?

No — please wait to sign until we're together. Texas law requires that you sign certain documents in the notary's presence.

Can you notarize on evenings or weekends?

Yes. We offer early morning, evening, and weekend appointments, plus same-day and urgent service when available.

What kinds of documents can you notarize?

Most everyday documents — powers of attorney, affidavits, acknowledgments, consent forms, and business paperwork. As a notary public I verify identities and witness signatures; I can't prepare documents or give legal advice. If you're unsure whether your document fits, just ask and I'll let you know before we book.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Cash, major credit/debit cards, and popular digital payments. Payment is due at the appointment unless arranged in advance with a title company or business account.
